Major Morris

Officiated Soccer Games at all levels for over 35 years. Officer and Assignor with the Eastern Pennsylvania Officials Association. A public school teacher in Philadelphia, Morris officiated matches at all levels of play for more than 35 years. In addition to his efforts on the field, he also served in administrative roles, including holding offices with Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Officials Association. He also was an assignor for the EPSOA.
